Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
dftp offers a 30-day right of withdrawal on all purchases.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item, or the last item in your order if it was delivered in multiple shipments.

You can submit a return request, using our customer portal here.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you bear the risk for the item until it is in our possession.

If you've purchased multiple items, you're welcome to return one or more of them—even if they were part of a single order. In such cases, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

We do not accept parcels without delivery or sent cash on delivery.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in a saleable and like-new condition. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. This means you may test the product to the extent necessary, but not use it in any real way.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used. In such cases, upon withdrawal, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item’s market value.

The item’s packaging and any included bags are also considered part of its value. It is therefore important to keep these intact and return them as received.

Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the purchase amount. Any depreciation for which you are responsible will be deducted. We will issue the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your decision to withdraw—provided we have received the item or proof of return.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
